Marriott has been rolling out targeted “Exclusive for You” offers monthly over the years, and you’re usually eligible for one every 12 months.
Another offer was pushed to eligible Bonvoy members starting yesterday (a reader got one), and if you register this month, it is valid for stays through January 31. Please note in the comments section whether your account is eligible and what the offer is.

Reader’s Targeted Offer:
Note that Marriott’s offers are always only valid for PAID stays. Award stays, whether booked with points, certificates, or a mix of points & cash, don’t count.
There are usually offers for bonus points, bonus elite qualifying nights, and sometimes free night awards that are based on either the number of nights or stays you consume within the month you register for this offer and the following two months.
Previously, these were valid for the month you signed up + the following three.
If your account is eligible for the offer now and you register today, the promo is valid for stays through January 31.
The eligibility period would extend through the end of February if you wait and sign up on or after December 1, but that may be past the valid registration period.
The email states:
¹Registration must occur within three weeks of receiving this email. Eligible stays must occur within 2 months of the registration date.
But the T&Cs:
Earning period starts the day after members register through the end of the month, plus an additional two (2) months (the “Earning Period”).
The email now states that you need to sign up within three weeks of receiving the email, and that the bonus is valid for the month you sign up + the following two.
Conclusion
There haven’t been these targeted offers for a couple of months, probably because the global bonus points opportunity is about to end.
My account was eligible for one of these offers early in the year, but nothing after that.
