Alaska Airlines recently launched its sixth Buy Miles Mystery Sale, offering up to a 120% bonus that ends tomorrow (October 19, 2026).
Alaska Airlines joined the Oneworld alliance in March 2021, and you can redeem miles with all Oneworld airlines. Alaska also has ties with several non-Oneworld partners, including Starlux, Korean Air, Philippine Airlines, and Condor.

Alaska Airlines has set a limit on the number of miles non-elite members can purchase each year (150,000). However, MVP, MVP Gold, and MVP 75K can continue to purchase miles without limits (you have to make several purchases).
