Club Avolta is the loyalty program for many F&B outlets and duty-free stores at airports worldwide, and it has teamed up with several airlines and hotel programs for miles and points earning.
We have previously covered how you could easily get the Radisson Rewards VIP tier through the Avolta match (currently suspended), and now you can get the Club Avolta Platinum tier with the help of GHA.

My Club Avolta just dropped to Gold, and I realized this yesterday while putting a pick-up order together (saving 20% over airport prices).
I clicked through the GHA’s email and logged into my existing Club Avolta account.
And it was instantaneously upgraded back to Platinum.
The Club Avolta benefits themselves are not great, as you save 5%, 7%, or 10% by scanning your membership card at many airport outlets, but the main benefits are:
Earning miles with programs like Air Canada, British Airways, Finnair, Iberia, Singapore Airlines, and Turkish Airlines. You usually save 20% if you pre-order and pick up at the airport (I usually do this). Match opportunities with their program partners, such as the Radisson one previously (likely coming back at some point).
Conclusion
It seems that anyone can sign up for Club Avolta Platinum status using the link or code that GHA sent, because there is no cross-reference between programs.
There is no downside to signing up for this, and I use Club Avolta several times a year, including today, when I am picking up an order @ BCN that I placed yesterday.
