You shouldn’t convert just because a conversion bonus offer is available. Only convert when you actually need them and when the conversion makes sense.
The Amex MR-to-Marriott Bonvoy conversions don’t make sense at this bonus unless you have found an absolutely fantastic redemption (they are rare nowadays).
