ALL Signature Subscription Payment Codes As “Hotels” For Credit Card Earning Purposes In 2026

November is the month when many of our readers, including me, have signed up for or will sign up for Accor’s Brazilian subscription product, ALL Signature, which has gone through pricing and benefits changes over the past 12 months.

The ALL Signature payment is not insignificant for those who pay it upfront for the entire year, and you should also consider which credit card you use to settle it.

You can access Accor here.

There are often issues with merchant codes that result in missing bonus points, like when you are buying an InterContinental Ambassador from IHG, the charge doesn’t come through as an IHG hotel, but rather as Business Services, and you are missing plenty of points if you actually use IHG’s co-branded card with Chase to pay for it.

The ALL Signature, however, is coded correctly and posts with 4 points per USD with Chase.

The merchant type, at least with Visa, is lodging: hotels, motels and resorts.

Conclusion

My pet peeve with many of these charges is that you can never tell whether a coffee shop, especially an independent one, is coded correctly as F&B or some other random category.

There are also a significant number of hotels that are not correctly coded for co-branded card earning purposes, which is really driving me nuts, especially with IHG (I have 3 recent IHG stays that were not coded as an IHG hotel).

I am glad this ALL Signature purchase correctly codes as a hotel purchase, since this category often gets bonused with many cards. I am not sure, however, if it is categorized as Accor.

Yoy may wonder why this matters at all?

These nearly 6K points I earned on this transaction are worth about 6K airline miles or $120 toward select travel purchases through Chase.
