ALL Accor+ Explorer members may have found some “surprise” vouchers sitting in their account, about which there has been zero communication from Accor Plus.
These vouchers likely relate to the product being expanded first to the UAE (read more here) and then to other Gulf countries (read more here) over the past few months.

I recently realized I had a couple of vouchers in my account, and I thought they must be related to the legacy FPC membership.
But they were actually for pool/beach or fitness center access at any of the participating hotels in the UAE, but there is no list of which hotels actually participate.
What I find interesting is that you don’t see these vouchers when you access your ALL account on Accor’s website, where I can see the Fairmont vouchers that are invisible in the app.
Conclusion
At least some members in the UAE could have used these vouchers if Accor Plus had sent out communication about them.
I doubt that there are many ALL Accor+ Explorer members visiting the UAE who would have found these helpful, as you would be staying in a hotel to begin with that has at least a fitness center.
