When will I be charged?
You will get charged for the first month on the day you subscribe. Future charges will be made every month on the same day you started your subscription.
When do my Miles expire?
Your Miles do not expire as long as you have a subscription active (recurring on a monthly basis). After cancellation, you will have 24 months to use your Miles before they expire. If you are a German Explorer member (i.e. Flying Blue members that have Germany as country of residence in their Flying Blue profile), you will have 36 months to use your miles before they expire.
What is the cancellation policy?
A minimum 3-month commitment applies. To cancel your subscription plan after the 3-month minimum commitment, visit the subscription overview page and select “cancel subscription”. No refunds are provided for cancellations after the cooling-off period. Any already deposited Miles will remain in your account and, as applicable, will continue to be deposited [and available for use in accordance with their terms] until your subscription plan ends.
What is the cooling-off period for my purchase?
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial subscription purchase during which you can withdraw from your subscription plan for a full refund, provided you haven’t used any of the Miles deposited in your account. Please be aware that if you choose to withdraw during this period:
Your subscription will be terminated upon processing your request;
A full refund of the original purchase price will be issued to you; and
Any Miles deposited as a result of the subscription will be deducted from your account

What about my right of withdrawal?
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of initial subscription and payment where you have the right of withdrawal for your subscription. This applies if subscription benefits have been unused during this period. Please be aware that if you choose to request this withdrawal: Your subscription will be canceled upon processing your request. A full refund of the original purchase price will be issued to you. Any Miles accrued as a result of the subscription will be deducted from your account. To initiate a refund request, please contact the Flying Blue customer support team within the 14-day period.
What is the difference between cancelling your subscription and your right to withdraw?
The right to withdraw applies only during the 14-day cooling-off period from your initial purchase, provided you haven’t used any of the Miles deposited in your account. If you make an eligible request to withdraw from your subscription plan during the cooling-off period, your subscription plan will be terminated and you will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Any Miles deposited as a result of the subscription will be deducted from your account. Cancellation, on the other hand, is your right to end your subscription after three months. However, unlike withdrawal, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. A 3-month minimum commitment applies. Any Miles already deposited remain in your account.
