For over three decades, CMP Meeting Services Team has been surpassing the needs and expectations of hosts and guest! We started out in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area, expanding to the South East and now putting on events all over the country.

Conferences and company meetings are the most common event that we’re hired to plan, our portfolio extends well beyond that.

We plan tournaments for sports leagues, conventions for religious groups and educational tours for students of all ages.

Today, we put on close to 400 events a year!

That experience and relationships built over the years, puts us in a great position with vendors for just about everything, and we pass on those savings to you, our clients.

David Bruce

With more than 43 years of experience, knowledge and connections, David has a competitive advantage in almost every way. He’s seen just about everything in this business, he can draw inspiration from ideas that worked and dismiss directions that didn’t.

In addition to planning meetings, he also manages the company’s day-to-day operations, serves on several professional boards and has twice been given Convention South Magazine’s “Meeting Professional to Watch” award.

Bob Schuster

Bob Schuster heads up our Florida office. His four decades of experience is extensive in areas of marketing, negotiations, public relations, special/media events, tradeshows and corporate golf outings, which has given CMP a serious advantage and a trusted resource.

He’s worked with corporations, associations, governments and teams, and has consistently exceeded their expectations.

Jessica Wax

NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES - WESTERN AREA OFFICE

Jessica Wax

With over 18 years in the hospitality industry, Jessica has extensive sales experience in convention, resort and luxury hotels. Jessica started her hospitality career at the front desk in 1999 while attending the University of North Texas. After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management in 2000, she moved into the sales arena in New Orleans. Jessica has worked for Marriott,
Lone Star Park, Wyndham, Hyatt and most recently Destination Hotels and Resorts in sales and executive management.

She gained experience in booking and selling convention cities and resort destinations while living in New Orleans, Dallas and now New Mexico. Her experience includes all market segments, including corporate, national and state associations, government, SMERF and LGBTQ markets.

Tom Caradonio

Tom Caradonio

Tom is a Native Houstonian, graduate of Strake Jesuit Preparatory, Lamar University graduate with a BBA in Management and Minor in Marketing.

His background in the industry is heavily focused on the sales, marketing and service aspects. First in the hotel business with Hyatt, InterContinental and Sofitel in various management and executive management positions. He then went onto to CVB’s Executive Director/CEO of El Paso CVB and Convention Center complex, President/CEO Northern KY CVB, Sr. Director of Sales Albuquerque CVB and Executive Director Daytona Beach Area CVB.
