There has been a lot of confusion about the pricing change for the ALL Signature membership and how to cancel a subscription.
The issue is that the account shows the non-discounted price of the most recent subscription, not the one that will be renewed, and most of our readers probably signed up during the Black Friday sale, and their renewal is due soon.

ALL Signature new price:
ALL Signature has gone through three pricing changes in BRL:
6,720 BRL 7,788 BRL 9,120 BRL
ALL Signature announced a pricing change on July 1st (read more here) which, for the first time, also affected existing members who have allowed their subscription to renew.
Those who signed up at 6,720, however, won’t see their price jump to 9,120.
The renewal price depends on when you signed up:
7,788 BRL = 1,278 EUR or 1,432 USD for those who signed up BEFORE April 13, 2025
9,120 BRL = 1,496 EUR or 1,679 USD for those who signed up AFTER April 13, 2025
If you signed up using the Black Friday discount last year, the renewal price is 9,120 BRL regardless of what is shown in your account.
ALL Signature Subscription Cancellation
We have received questions about how to cancel the ALL Signature subscription, as it can seem complicated.
1. Account Console
First, log into your account to view the snapshot, and select “Your subscriptions.”
2. Your Subscriptions
It then shows your current subscriptions and how long they are valid.
3. ALL Signature Absolute
You are then shown a screen with the price and options to cancel or update the payment card.
The issue here is that the price that is shown here is not the one that uou will be renewed, but the non-discounted price you signed up for.
You can use the cancel option to end your subscription
4. Modify the Payment Card
You will here see the updated price at which your subscription will renew unless you cancel it.

Conclusion
The BRL has dropped a bit over the past month, making the renewal price more sense for those paying 7,788 BRL.
ALL Signature at the “full” price only makes sense for those who need the monthly elite points to reach the Platinum or Diamond tier, or who can use Brazil-based benefits such as the three experiences and streaming (HBO or Disney+).
If you need to pay the new price, it is cheaper to cancel and later sign up again with a reactivation offer, or use the 8% payment discount.
