I don’t have a clear understanding of how valuable Wyndham points are, so I cannot comment on whether this is a reasonable offer or not.

IHG One Rewards 80% Conversion Bonus
An 80% bonus may sound high, but it isn’t, since you can always buy IHG One Rewards points at 0.5 US cents each, and even with this 80% bonus, that would value Chas UR points at 0.5 US cents each.
The conversion bonus would need to be 200% for this to make any sense.

Conclusion
My usual warning is that you shouldn’t convert merely because a transfer bonus is ongoing, and if you do, you should have a clear plan for how you will use the transferred miles/points.
Conversions to IAG may make sense, but to IHG definitely not, and I have no idea about Wyndham.
